1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners such as The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing, or PUDO.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (depending on location)

  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel size.

  • Free shipping: Available on all orders over R1 500 within South Africa.

All parcels are trackable, and you’ll receive your tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

3. Local Collection (Pretoria Area)

If you’re based near Pretoria, you may arrange a local pickup by selecting the Local Collection option at checkout.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection, along with pickup details and available times.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select destinations.

  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout.

  • Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.
